I seen this product from a youTuber and I decided to buy it however she did talk about the recall, but I was fascinated on how it was able to clean her stove and walls in her bathroom .after using it for two hours and a half. I am really impressed on how much I was able to clean with it. My only con that I do not like is that it does not hold a lot of water and that I have to keep refilling it.I don’t d burn myself unfortunately but I will keep using lessons learned

Works great- let’s address some of the more obvious reviews. No, it doesn’t hold a ton of water, it’s a handheld device. (Critical thinking and common sense will take you far.)
It works very well in hard to reach spaces (think along the lines of behind faucets, windowsills, etc.)
Don’t buy this thinking it’s going to hold 30 gallons of water and clean your entire home without refills, but if you’re looking for an effective way to tackle stuck on gunk or tight spaces, I highly recommend this product.

We just used the steamer to clean the stove, sink shower and more. It was useless. The steam doesn’t get hot enough. And the water runs out so quickly. Don’t buy. Spend the money to get a professional.

Not bad. Just make sure to use bottled water and not sink water.

I have been hearing about these a lot on Tik tok. Don’t want to buy from there though. I tried a different brand from another store and was not impressed. I was thinking this can’t be what the hype was about. I came on here and read some reviews and ratings and found this one. Reviews were accurate. The design of the steamer is heavy and akward to hold and use. However, the steamer is very effective. Has nice pressure. I did a once over with the steam to loosen the dirt and grease on kitchen cabinets. Then I sprayed dawn power spray on the spot and used the steamer on it. Dirt moved right away and was able to wipe clean with a cloth.
